MEDIA AND THE LAW
Seeks to bring together those CBA members practicing in the fields of Freedom of Information, First Amendment, privacy and other areas, with members of Connecticut’s print, radio and television media to discuss current issues affecting this practice area, to educate both groups on the legal issues affecting these radically and rapidly developing subject areas, and to foster a more positive relationship between CBA members and Connecticut’s media.
