WHAT IS THE CONNECTICUT BAR ASSOCIATION?

The Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) is a voluntary, not-for-profit professional association of attorneys, judges, and other legal professionals. The purpose of the CBA is to improve the system of justice, encourage good legislation, promote the highest ethical standards among members, provide educational opportunities and information to members, and to provide members the chance to serve the public and improve the image of the legal profession. The CBA is comprised of 10,500 members.

Questions regarding attorney conduct should be addressed to the Statewide Grievance Committee at (860)568-5157 or at http://www.jud.ct.gov. Questions concerning licensing of attorneys should be directed to the State Bar Examining Committee.
