The approved amendments to the Rules of Appellate Procedure, including amendments to Section 70-9 and the repeal of Section 70-10 of the Connecticut Practice Book, took effect on June 1. The Supreme Court approved the rules changes on March 29; the Appellate Court followed suit on April 11.
