Effective Tuesday, November 2, 2004, and until further notice, the Oak Street entrance to the Office of the Appellate Clerk will be temporarily closed for renovations.
Any filings for the Clerk’s Office must be done by leaving material to be filed with the officer at the public entrance on the South side of 231 Capitol Avenue in Hartford, CT.
You must provide a self-addressed stamped envelope and an extra copy of the document being filed if you would like a file-stamped copy returned to you.
Please call the Clerk’s Office (860-757-2200) or your Case Manager to make arrangements to view files and other case materials.
