Speaker:  Judge Lisa Wexler
Judge Wexler has served as Probate Judge for the Westport-Weston District since 2013. Judge Wexler has also been in private practice since 1984 and is admitted to the Bar in CT and NY.

Program Description: 
Judge Wexler will walk through the basics of administering an estate.  Judge Wexler will also address some of the more common problems that cause litigation and offer practice tips for the practitioner in this area.  She will also address the issue of attorney and fiduciary fees.
