About the Program: Depositions of parties and other witnesses typically have a tremendous impact on the results of the case. Attendees will receive an overview of how to conduct (and defend) depositions in Connecticut civil practice, including how depositions complement other discovery tools, how to most effectively prepare for and take a deposition, and how to use deposition transcripts for the remainder of the action.
