About the Program:
Connecticut liquor statutes and regulations can have a substantial impact on business purchase and sale transactions and financing of businesses that are engaged in the sale, distribution or financing of alcohol.  Attorney Peter Berdon is counsel for major liquor distributors in Connecticut and has extensive knowledge of the ‘ins and outs’ of this industry.  This presentation will give young lawyers, general practitioners and seasoned business lawyers insights on the impact of these Connecticut law and regulations in their transactions and in representing clients affected by them.
