A panel with the three speakers who will discuss, chronologically, the progress of a typical adversary proceeding, sharing tips for highly effective advocacy and noting similarities/differences in litigating in Bankruptcy Court adversary proceeding as opposed to a civil action in District Court. These will include: the pleading stage, discovery stage, trial, and jurisdictional issues and appeals.
