About the Program:
This comprehensive seminar is designed to take its attendees from the opening of the file through the closing of the file. The panelists will explore the intricacies of the closing process from pre-closing matters through to post-closing matters. Information about the new TILA RESPA will be covered.
The speakers will explain and demonstrate the new Loan Estimate (f/k/a the “GFE”) and the new Closing Disclosure (f/k/a “HUD-1 Settlement Statement”) and familiarize you with the new forms and the new vocabulary. Be ready for your first closing under the new TRID rules. Be on the forefront of the new forms and requirements!
