The Reproductive Law Practice

Ever wonder what is entailed in a law practice focused on assisted reproductive technology law, surrogacy, egg and sperm donation and embryo donation? How, as lawyers, can we help to form families in alternative and non-traditional ways while maintaining knowledge of this ever-changing practice area as well as the myriad of ethical issues presented.

Gestational surrogacy is becoming more popular in the U.S. due to the closing of surrogacy options in countries such as Nepal, India and Thailand.  Connecticut is a highly favored jurisdiction for surrogacy due to our Supreme Court law and corresponding statutes. Many clients are coming from abroad to have their children through surrogacy in the United States. Come out on March 24th and hear surrogacy lawyer, Victoria Ferrara, talk about the law and procedure involved in this area of practice, as well as, how and why you may want to develop knowledge and awareness of this practice area.

Cost:  $35.00
(includes appetizers and a cash bar)
