About the Program:

This program will cover the life cycle of an IRS Examination and an IRS Collection case: from the field, through Appeals and into United States Tax Court. The panelists will focus on how to handle the case at exam or collection to give your client the best opportunity at Appeals, the impact of the Appeals Judicial Approach and Culture on your case, and preparing the case for Tax Court and the role the accountants can play in the case, especially for those docketed cases that have not yet been to Appeals.
