About the Program
This CLE is a primer for attorneys new to federal civil litigation. It provides an overview of issues that arise from the initiation of a lawsuit to its conclusion. You will learn how to address issues such as jurisdiction, venue, and pleading standards. You will also learn about discovery motion practice, trials, and appeals.
