Michael R. Chesman, Senior Vice President and Head of Tax, The Hartford
Prior to joining The Hartford, Mr. Chesman had a distinguished career in public service, as the Director of the IRS Office of Professional Responsibility, Director of the IRS Office of Taxpayer Burden Reduction, and an attorney in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, in addition to deep experience in private industry, first with Prudential Financial, and then as Senior Vice President and General Counsel with Ullico, Inc., an insurance and financial services holding company.
There will be a presentations, including an interactive discussion and opportunity for questions on new developments in tax law, practice pointers, and a review of how to engage with corporations as outside counsel.
