Case Updates

Speaker:
Alex Cuda, Esq.,
Conlon & McGlynn, LLC

Program Description:
Alex Cuda intends to address the following decisions at the April 18, 2017 Family Law Section Meeting:

Supreme Court:
Gabriel
v. Gabriel

Appellate Court:
In re Henry P.B.-P. (This one Alex may or may not include because its subject matter is not clearly within the "family law" realm. It has to do with how rights, opportunities and protections end for minor children at the age of majority, specifically with respect to special immigration juvenile status).

Chang v. Chang  |  Wood v. Wood  |  Emerick v. Emerick  |  D'Amato v. Hart-D'Amato

There may well be more decisions between now and April 18, 2017 which are relevant to Family Law, and Alex will add those decisions as those decisions are entered.
