Persuasion, or Showing at One Glance a Ten Page Book Using the iPad

Attorneys Laska and Nugent are members of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the CBA and have extensive jury trial experience in the Connecticut courts.  Attorneys Laska and Nugent personally have used IPads in conducting jury trials, and they have generously agreed to share their insights and wisdom on the use of IPads in conducting jury trials with the Litigation Section.   

About the Program:
This program covers all aspects of the use of an IPad or tablet during the trial of a case. You will receive practical tips as well as a demonstration on the use of an IPad (or other tablet device) to prepare for and conduct a trial. You will learn how to use of an IPad to present exhibits to the jury, witnesses and the court. There will be discussions about the advantages and any disadvantage of the use of an IPad or tablet at trial.
