About the Program:
Moderated by James Bergenn, panelists will discuss pending legislation regarding grand jury reform and its impact on current grand jury statutes. They will also discuss their positions in favor of or against the proposed legislation. A history of grand jury practice in Connecticut will also be part of the discussion.  At the end of the panel discussion, attendees are encouraged to ask questions and share their views.
