About the Program

Your client has been hacked.  Now what? Do you know how to advise them?

This seminar will cover the legal clean-up faced by a business, including health care, after a data breach. The program will review state data breach laws and pertinent federal laws for businesses, including those that maintain health information and are subject to HIPAA. A non-legal perspective on breaches will also be discussed.
