Jim Rochford, Business Coach, is a professional who works with business owners and their key management to improve their financial, operational and marketing results. Jim leveraged his 25 years of senior executive experience (at Philips Electronics and Pitney Bowes) and formally started his own business coaching practice in 2004, RochfordCOACH Business Coaching.

RochfordCOACH clients include retail, business service, consumer service, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and professional practice businesses.

Jim’s prior business experience includes direct management of strategic marketing, product development, product engineering, product management, manufacturing engineering, marketing communications and tactical sales support marketing. In addition, he has been responsible for key customer relationships and worked closely and consistently with sales and customer Service associates. Jim has held P&L responsibility and accountability for business units ranging in revenue size from $5 million to $100 million and managed organizations up to 150 employees. He has taken start-up business units from inception to steady profitability and taken mature units and then stimulated double digit growth.

Jim holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA from St. John’s University in New York. He currently resides in Guilford, Connecticut with his wife Meg. Their biggest life accomplishment is raising and educating three children that all have productive careers and are starting on family paths of their own.
