Sponsored by Kronholm Insurance Services

Seminar Code EWL180227

CLE Credit
CT: 2.0 CLE Credits

About the Program
According to the “Glass Ceiling Report by Law360,” women made up only 34.8% of lawyers at surveyed law firms at the end of 2016, with the percentage of female equity partners being less than 20%. A recent survey indicates female partners at large American law firms make 44% less than their male counterparts.

Bridge the Confidence Gap, gets to the heart of why even powerhouse women can get tripped up by self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviors that prevent them from achieving and thriving in the top leadership roles they seek. This often leads to frustration, missed opportunities and the feeling that they're playing smaller than their possibilities. This program addresses the critical mindset shifts, career-advancing skills and actionable strategies that will empower women to attain their greatest success.

You Will Learn

  • To cultivate greater confidence to manage difficult negotiations, initiate business relationships, and defuse conflict in high pressure situations
  • To own your value and communicate it to colleagues, senior partners, or supervisors in a way that increases visibility and advances your career trajectory
  • How to reframe feedback and setbacks as opportunities for self-awareness, professional growth, and increased client satisfaction

Who Should Attend
Female lawyers (or law students) at all experience levels (associates, partners, other senior roles), and in any work setting - firms, nonprofits, government, corporations.
