  • This presentation is intended for attorneys of all levels of experience who do any work in the areas of land use, zoning and municipal law, as well as planners and developers.
  • You will learn about what techniques exist to enable continued development in coastal areas while meeting regulatory requirements and minimizing risk?
  • The presenter will provide practice tips for negotiating district scale infrastructure across private and public properties. 
  • The presentation will also address how land use attorneys, developers and municipalities should handle issues pertaining to coastal properties which may be impacted by climate change.
