All members interested in seeking a seat representing their district in the House of Delegates will need to do the following:
1. Complete the form below
2. Choose the format in which you will procure names.
a. If you chose the electronic petition, you will receive a custom URL that should be provided when contacting your district members via e-mail. Their electronic submission in support of your nomination will be deemed a signed vote. Petitioners can contact the CBA for updates on petition polls.
b. Members requesting a paper petition will receive their form as an attachment via e-mail. All signatures do not have to be on one page, multiple pages will be accepted.
Members will receive their petitions by Tuesday, March 1, 2017.
