But many of us really do not know the process which leads to those rulings, or how to effectively present points in a way most likely to lead to the rulings that we want for our clients. Come learn the inner workings of DEEP appeals from the masters, one who hears and oversees the appeals and one who has successfully led appeals to the highest levels. Ask them your questions, so you can build an effective record which convince your target audience at DEEP and avoid missteps which waste time and money.
