About the Program

Legal writing is tough and appellate brief writing even tougher. But there are many simple practices an attorney can adopt to improve their writing skills. This program seeks to identify and explain the qualities of great (and not so great) appellate writing. A mix of judges and advocates will provide a diverse perspective on the topic.
