Program Description
The Chief Administrative Judge of Connecticut's Civil Division, Judge Abrams joins us to discuss what the Judicial Branch has in store for civil litigators in the months ahead. Few are more qualified to speak on what makes for good litigating, what tools and programs the Judicial Branch has on offer, and what is coming down the pipes. After his prepared remarks, Judge Abrams will lead a Q&A and offer feedback on issues confronting practitioners today.
