Webinar

Presented by the Solo and Small Firm and Paralegals Sections

About the Program

It is an attorney's duty to their client to provide the best advice and representation possible. While attorneys bring their expertise in the law to the attorney-client relationship, they may also be supporting clients in various aspects of their business and life. A strong network allows attorneys to offer service beyond their experience, giving them a strong back bench of knowledge to call upon for advice or for appropriate referrals. Networking is also the best way to acquire clients who will trust and rely upon your legal advice.

By being a resource of referrals and connections, an attorney is better able to build his/her business while supporting the needs of his/her clients and the community at large. Whether you are just entering the field, looking for a change, or searching for ways to expand your skills at making connections and finding resources, this presentation provides ideas and techniques that will help you make an impact on the business of your firm. Attendees will learn actionable mindsets and strategies to build and employ their networks, to build their own businesses, careers, and to serve their clients.

You Will Learn

  • Strategies for in-person networking events
