Program Description

The program will address the importance of the NAAG Multistate Antitrust Task Force in shaping national competition policy, including the key priorities of the Task Force and recent significant litigation initiatives. The program will also address the types of matters in which Task Force members collaborate with the U.S. DOJ Antitrust Division and the FTC’s Bureau of Competition.
