  • The Land Use Litigation Docket handles specially identified land use cases including: planning/zoning; inlands/wetlands/environmental enforcement action; affordable housing appeals; certain variance cases and miscellaneous land use litigation cases.
  • Judge Berger will provide an overview of the current workings of the land use litigation docket, as well as his thoughts about how the docket is working and how it may be improved.
  • Attending attorneys will be encouraged to provide their thoughts regarding the land use litigation docket, including suggestions for improvement.
  • This program will be beneficial to attorneys of all levels who handle land use and zoning appeals
