Desi Imetovski, Esq - Senior Counsel, Berchem Moses PC

Desi Imetovski currently focuses her practice on Affordable Housing and Community & Economic Development and corporate governance providing legal representation and services to public housing authorities, municipalities and private developers. She continues to counsel and advise attorneys regarding legal ethics and the attorney disciplinary process. 

Attorney Imetovski formerly served as Assistant Chief Disciplinary Counsel for the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch where she investigated and prosecuted attorney disciplinary matters and ensured compliance with the Connecticut Rules of Professional Conduct.  Prior to her position with the state judicial branch, she owned and managed her own law firm for a decade.  Attorney Imetovski also served as a member on a local Grievance Panel. 

Desi Imetovski is a regular presenter and panelist at numerous seminars for bar associations as well as for community and trade groups in the areas of legal ethics, real estate transactions and landlord tenant law.  She is a graduate of both Sacred Heart University and the Quinnipiac University School of Law.

Program Description:
Attorneys can learn what not to do by reviewing disciplinary matters from across the country and the sometimes very foolish things lawyers do which get them in trouble.
