Hotel Room Reservation Information:

Stay at the Chatham Bars Inn on May 16, 17, and 18 for $657.00 or stay May 17 and 18 for $438.00 (does not include tax). All resort fees have been waived.

Rooms are available for double occupancy with two queen beds. State your accommodation needs at the time of reservation. A block of 20 rooms has been reserved for Saturday, May 16, 2015 and 30 rooms have been reserved for May 17 and 18. Accommodations must be pa id directly to the Chatham Bars Inn. Guests are individually responsible for bellhop and housekeeper fees.

Additionally, a 15% discount has been negotiated for all services at the resort spa.

Except in compelling circumstances, refunds of seminar payments will not be granted for cancellations received

after 10:00 a.m. on April 16, 2015.
