About the Program

This program will cover ethical rules and issues most commonly encountered in legal practice, how to avoid them, and what to do when problems arise.  Frances Mickelson-Dera, First Assistant Bar Counsel, Statewide Grievance Committee will specifically discuss IOLTA.  Law practice management techniques will also be addressed.

  • How to avoid them
