Program Description:
Beth and David will discuss key issues addressed by in-house counsel when dealing with outside counsel in resolving employee disputes.  Covered are Do’s and Don’ts for employee-side counsel in preparing an effective pre-dispute demand letter; employee requests for permitting outside private attorneys or advocates to be present for employer actions against them, pursuant to the right to representation under Sect. 7, NLRA; and use of corporate/organization’s internal complaint program and ethics system.
