About the Program
This program will introduce attorneys to Connecticut’s six major tax types (corporation business tax, individual income tax, sales and use taxes, personal property tax, real property tax, and real estate transfer and controlling interest taxes) with primary focus on income and sales tax nexus and the types of transactions subject to the sales and use taxes.
