Payment Installment Option

A payment installment option is available for attorney members wishing to pay dues in three installments for the upcoming bar year. The option is only open to those attorney members who pay by credit card or ACH/E-check online.    

To enroll, click the installment payment option button when you complete your membership renewal or initial application.  You will be charged 1/3 upon joining and the remaining balance will be automatically charged in two payments spread evenly between the date you join or renew and June 30, 2019 (the end of the bar year).  Again, this option is only available for payments made electronically and does not apply to previous transactions.

Common Questions:

Q:   Will my credit card or bank account be billed automatically for the remaining payments?
A:    Yes.

Q:  When will my next payment(s) be?
A:   The first payment will be when you join or renew. The second payment will be charged on a date that is 1/3 of the way between the date you join or renew and June 30, 2019. The third payment will be charged on a date that is 2/3 of the way between the date you joined or renew and June 30, 2019.

Q:  May I cancel future payment(s)?
A:  No. When you enroll in the installment program, you are promising to pay the full amount of your membership dues, including section fees. These payments are not refundable or pro-rated. If your future payment fails or is declined, your membership will be suspended until back payments are made. Your ability to re-join in future periods will be contingent upon fulfilling any failed payments.

Q:  What if I need to update my bank account or credit card information before the next payment(s) are due?
A:  The CBA member management system will notify you if the credit card you’ve provided is slated to expire before the next payment, or if your automatic transaction fails. Please contact us at (844)469-2221 for assistance as necessary.

Q: Can I stop payments & pay in full?
