Having Difficulty Accessing Casemaker? Receive Help Here.

After a software update to the CBA’s database this past weekend, members have reported difficulty accessing Casemaker.  We have been in touch with Casemaker and our software provider and are working to resolve the issue.


In the interim, you can access Casemaker by logging into the CBA’s website and clicking HERE.


If this resolution does not work, we encourage you to clear your cookies and cache.  If you still experience issues, please contact the Member Service Center at (844) 469-2221.

Attorney Morgan, I apologize you are experiencing an issue with Casemaker. Please check your e-mail for a response from the CBA and Casemaker.

I can get halfway through a search, however, it keeps kicking me back to the CBA page.
