On Thursday, October 17, 2019, the Child Welfare and Juvenile Law Section presented a plaque to Nicole Heath, for her excellence in Juvenile Law.

Nicole Heath is the principal attorney at Select Litigation LLC. Attorney Heath completed her undergraduate studies at American International College and is a graduate of the Saint Thomas University School of Law. She was CBA Members: To receive credit, sign the attendance verification form at the meeting, and your credits will be posted to your Professional Development Journal. If you do not attend the full program, do not sign the form. For partial credit, you will need to enter your time by the tenth of an hour into your Professional Development Journal. Since the beginning of her career, Attorney Heath has been dedicated to ensuring that children and families receive affordable and quality legal representation in the areas of Criminal Law, Family & Child Protection and Probate. Additional areas of practice are Real Estate and Administrative Law and Small Business Matters. Believing that serving the community service is necessary and important to improve and help sustain the community in which we live, Attorney Heath serves the town of Bloomfield as a Justice of Peace since 2009; a member of the Citizens Awareness Task Force since 2017; a member of the Juvenile Review Board since 2019; and a volunteer working with youth who have identified as survivors of sex trafficking.

Attorney Heath expresses her desire to serve people in the simplest terms: Family First. Family Forever.
