Andrea Barton Reeves was named as the first chief executive officer of Connecticut's Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Authority by Gov. Ned Lamont on Thursday, January 23. Andrea was unanimously selected to lead the new quasi-public agency tasked with implementing Connecticut's newly established paid leave program.


Andrea is the CBA's co-chair of the CLE Task Force and member of the Women in the Law Section. Previously, she served as the CBA's secretary and co-chaired the Women in the Law Committee. She is currently the president and CEO of Harc Inc.
