Enelsa Diaz is a managing attorney at Greater Hartford Legal Aid (GHLA), where she has worked for 15 years. She supervises GHLA’s family violence and sexual assault work, including the organization’s Restraining Order program, Family Law unit, and Immigration unit. She has also served as a co-chair of GHLA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee for the past five years.

Attorney Diaz is currently the Secretary and Director of Communications for the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association and is a member of the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV) for six years. In 2015, she was honored by CCADV as a First 100 Plus recipient for demonstrating leadership and a commitment to ending domestic violence in Connecticut. Attorney Diaz is a first generation Dominican-American and is fluent in Spanish.
