CBA Welcomes New Director of Membership Strategies

HeatherHolt HeadshotThe Connecticut Bar Association is pleased to announce the addition of Heather Holt as its Director of Membership Strategies. In this role, Heather is responsible for leading a strategic approach to  engagement, retention, and the end-to-end member experience.
 
Heather brings more than 20 years of experience working with not-for-profit, membership-based organizations, including senior leadership roles at a global not-for-profit media assurance provider. She founded and led the Member Success division and developed a continuing education program, driving stronger engagement, reactivating lapsed members, and expanding participation. Her work reflects a strong focus on data integrity, operational consistency, and building trusted relationships through meaningful connection. 
 
Heather earned her BA from Villanova University and holds a certificate in Customer Experience Strategy from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
