Connecticut Bar Association committees are where members connect, collaborate, and help shape the future of the legal profession in Connecticut. Whether you're looking to expand your professional network, share your expertise, develop new skills, or give back to the profession, committee service is one of the most rewarding ways to get involved with the CBA.
We invite all members to express their interest in:
- Joining a committee for the first time
- Continuing service on their current committee
- Serving in a committee leadership role
If you are interested in participating on a committee during the 2026–2027 bar year, please complete the
Committee Selection Request Form by
Monday, July 20, 2026.
Previous leadership experience with a CBA committee, section, or another bar association is welcomed, but members with an interest in growing into leadership are also encouraged to express their interest.
Current committee members must also complete their selections to be considered for reappointment.
