Hon. Thomas O. Farrish was sworn in as the new US Magistrate Judge for the District of Connecticut on January 8. He will preside at the Hartford federal courthouse. Judge Farrish filled the vacany left by
Judge Martinez's retirement.

Judge Farrish is an executive committee member of the CBA
Insurance Law Section and a former member of the CBA
Federal Practice Section. Before his appointment, Hon. Farrish was a partner at Day Pitney LLP.
