    Lawyer-to-Lawyer Dispute Resolution is a voluntary, confidential program designed to help attorneys resolve disputes including but not limited to law firm dissolution, withdrawal of a partner or shareholder from the firm, and allocation of fee between lawyers in different firms.
  • Lawyer-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Program

    The Program provides lawyers and clients with an opportunity to resolve or attempt to resolve disputes over legal fees through mediation arbitration, or both. The program is a free community service, confidential, and impartial. Participants do not need to have a lawyer to use the program.
