Starting November 4, 2023, Zoom will enforce its new Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Policy, which will require users to update their Zoom software to a minimum version to connect to meetings and webinars on a quarterly basis.
Currently, users can run Zoom client versions 5.12.2 and up. As of November 4, the company will only support versions 5.13.5 and up. To ensure that you are still able to access CBA events held virtually via Zoom, please update your software to the latest version as soon as possible and continue to do so regularly. If you do not update your software, you may not be able to access virtual CBA events.
