A groundbreaking ceremony for the new CBA Law Center was held on Monday, May 5. CBA President Bill Prout wielded the first sledgehammer to demolish a wall on the third floor of the Law Center. Prout was joined by the CBA staff, Vice President Fran Brady, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer Stacy Smith Walsh, Building Design Committee members Jim Stapleton and Don Marchand, representatives from Kaestle Boos architects, Downes Construction, and the city of New Britain.
