The timeframe for filing Requests for Exemption from Docket Management Program Dismissal is being extended to the close of business on April 5, 2007 to accommodate those who have encountered difficulties concerning the procedures for electronic filing through E-Services. Accordingly, cases not in compliance with the Docket Management Program Notice and Order will be dismissed on May 18, 2007."
