If you think you are eligible to become a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist, complete a Notice of Intent to Apply form and send it by January 5, 2005 with the non-refundable $50.00 pre-application fee to:

Upon receipt of your Notice of Intent, the staff advisor will send you an application packet. The application and necessary documentation are due February 15, 2005. Please note, all continuing legal education courses must be completed by that date.

The certification exam is scheduled for May 20, 2005 at the CBA office, 30 Bank Street, New Britain, CT 06050.
