A review of the legislative process and the Section’s legislative priorities for the 2016 session of the Connecticut General Assembly, with Bill Chapman, Government and Community Affairs Administrator of CBA, Attorney Robert F. Shea, Jr., lobbyist for the Estates and Probate Section, and Executive Committee members actively involved in legislative efforts.

Bill Chapman has served as CBA Government and Community Affairs Administrator since 2006 and has worked in the area of government relations in both Connecticut and Rhode Island for many years.

Bob Shea has worked in government relations for more than fifteen years and has represented a number of industries on a broad scope of policy issues before the legislative and executive branches of government.
