Program:  Hot Topics in Business Valuation

Presented by John M. DelGrego, CPA, ABV, ASA

The number of tax court cases dealing with private equity valuation issues is on the rise.  This discussion will present an overview of the valuation issues most often challenged in recent years.

John M. DelGrego is a Managing Director at Meyers, Harrison & Pia Valuation and Litigation Support, LLC.  John has performed valuations of business interests across a variety of industries and for a variety of purposes including, family law matters, shareholder litigation, estate and gift, buying and selling businesses, and employee stock ownership plans.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut. John also holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. DelGrego has been qualified as an expert witness in the State Courts of Connecticut.
