About the Program
This seminar provides a framework for deposition practice and procedure for both young attorneys and attorneys looking to refresh their deposition skills. Attendees will learn how to best prepare and execute a deposition from experienced practitioners. This seminar aims to improve deposition practice from the planning stage to the use of deposition materials in motions, trials, and hearings.
