About the Program

A seminar discussing tips and tricks for deposition taking and defending with a remote component, addressing recent changes to depositions in light of the COVID-19 climate. This seminar will provide a framework for deposition practice and procedure for attorneys looking to sharpen their deposition skills. Attendees will learn how to best prepare and execute a deposition from experienced practitioners. This seminar aims to improve deposition practice from the planning stage to the use of deposition materials and testimony in motions, trials, and hearings.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
