The Labor and Employment Section is pleased to host a dinner reception with Federal Magistrate Judges Maria E. Garcia, S. Dave Vatti and Robert A. Richardson at Anthony’s Ocean View in New Haven. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear the judge's observations about employment law cases in the District of Connecticut – including the role of the magistrate judge, discovery disputes, dispositive motions, best practices for settlement conferences and trial practice – and to participate in a Q&A session with the Judges.
